By purchasing, downloading, or using anything from WhimsyVR, you agree to follow these terms.
1. Personal & Commercial Use
WhimsyVR products may be used for both personal and commercial avatar use, as long as you have legally purchased the product and follow these terms.
2. Please Don't Fake Reviews ♡
If something isn't working, please don't leave a false or malicious review. Mistakes happen!
If you're having an issue with a product, please contact me or open a support ticket so I can help.
3. Credit Me!
If you use a WhimsyVR asset on an avatar or project, please credit WhimsyVR and link the specific product, not just my store.
5. Vtubers & Streamers
You are welcome to use WhimsyVR products on your avatars for streaming and content creation! ♡
However, please do not claim WhimsyVR assets as your own artwork, original design, or official character design.
6. Public, Free & Paid Avatars
My assets may be used on:
Paid avatars, Free avatars, Server-free avatars, Nitro avatars, Public avatars
7. VRChat Only
WhimsyVR products are made for VRChat unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Please do not import, convert, port, or redistribute my work for use on other games, platforms, or avatar systems without my explicit permission.
9. Basic Knowledge Required
Please have a basic understanding of Unity and/or Blender before purchasing.
I cannot guarantee that I can troubleshoot every setup issue or teach you the entire program from scratch.
10. No Gatekeeping ♡
Please don't gatekeep avatars or assets made with WhimsyVR products.
11. NO AI USE. PERIOD.
Do not use WhimsyVR assets, avatars, textures, meshes, renders, or any other part of my work for Generative AI
Violating this rule may result in the immediate loss of your commercial license and a permanent ban from purchasing WhimsyVR products.
.12. Bans & License Revocation.
If you are permanently banned from WhimsyVR's store or community spaces, I reserve the right to revoke your commercial use rights to WhimsyVR products.
13. Please Use Your Real Information
Please provide accurate information when purchasing.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in your purchase being revoked and your account being permanently banned.
